ESP Bikes will enter its second year in 2016. The focus is teaching tangible skills to east st. paul youth while enpowering them to provide a service to their community.
ESP bikes trains youth in basic bike maintenance skils. we collect donated bikes from the existing community. Participants get to fix and keep a bike. they also must fix 5 additional bikes to give away to community members.
